Weather Cam Details
This camera is mounted on my window. It is facing the west, which is the area where storms normally come from. Because the camera is light-sensitive, it has issues with sunlight. When there is direct sunlight on the camera, it causes nearly the entire view to simply go white. However, there is an auto-program that runs and restarts the camera at certain times during the day to fix the issue. You can find the camera's specifications below.

The program I use to upload a snapshot from the camera every minute or so is called webcamXP. It is an incredible program that I invested in to upload these snapshots. Of course, this program has to run on an operating system, which has to be Windows XP in this case. You can find more information on the computer itself, here.
